What we store, why, and how to have it removed.
When you book
We save your name, phone number, optional email, your vehicle registration, make and model, and the day you asked for, so we can contact you about the booking and keep a record of the work.
When you sign up for an MOT reminder
We save your first name, mobile number, registration and MOT due date, and the time you gave consent. We use them only to remind you about that vehicle’s MOT, never for marketing.
Looking up your registration
When you enter a registration we check it against the DVSA MOT history service (and the DVLA vehicle enquiry service where available) to show the vehicle, its MOT date and last result. The registration is not linked to you unless you go on to book or sign up.
Links to other services
Directions and reviews open Google in a new tab; Google handles that visit under its own privacy policy. No map, tracker or advert from another company loads on this website.
Stopping reminders or removing your details
Call us on 020 8050 2522 and we will stop reminders or delete your details.
